Truvyo Child Safety Standards

Truvyo is intended only for adults, but we maintain strict standards against child sexual abuse, exploitation, and related harmful activity.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Scope and age restriction

Truvyo is intended only for users aged 18 years and older. Children are not permitted to create or use Truvyo accounts.

Despite this 18+ restriction, Truvyo maintains strict child-safety standards for the app, website, user-generated content, messaging, profiles, reviews, reels, comments, reports, and related services.

Zero-tolerance policy

Truvyo explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Truvyo also prohibits grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitative imagery, sexualized content involving minors, and any attempt to facilitate, promote, request, share, distribute, store, or normalize such activity.

User reporting

Users can report profiles, reviews, messages, reels, comments, or other content through Truvyo's in-app reporting tools wherever those tools are available.

Reports involving possible child exploitation are prioritized for review. Users should provide non-graphic details such as the profile name, content link, date, and a short description.

Enforcement

Content that violates these standards may be removed. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.

Relevant evidence may be preserved where legally required. Serious cases may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities when legally required.

CSAM handling

Truvyo does not tolerate the upload, storage, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of CSAM.

Suspected CSAM will be handled according to applicable law and platform procedures. Do not send illegal images or videos to Truvyo by email.
