1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Truvyo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Truvyo is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Impersonation, deceptive identity use, account sharing that undermines security, and unauthorized access to another account are prohibited.
3. The Truvyo service
Truvyo enables people and businesses to create profiles, share or receive reviews and experience-based content, publish Vibes and other supported media, view reputation signals, communicate through supported messaging features, and use reporting, privacy, safety, and account controls.
Features may differ by device, account type, eligibility, verification state, location, app version, or rollout. The service does not guarantee that every profile, review, score, summary, or other signal is complete, current, or accurate.
4. User-generated content
You are responsible for reviews, ratings, comments, replies, Vibes, messages, profile information, photos, videos, files, and other material you submit or share.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Truvyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy.
5. Reviews, experiences, and reputation
Reviews and reputation content must reflect genuine experiences and honest opinions. Fake reviews, coordinated manipulation, paid or coerced reviews without proper disclosure, fabricated experiences, and attempts to artificially influence reputation signals are prohibited.
Reputation scores, summaries, automated insights, and similar indicators are informational signals based on available data. They are not definitive judgments of a person or business, professional advice, certification, or a guarantee of future conduct. Users should independently evaluate information before making important decisions.
Where an anonymous-review option is available, the author may be hidden from public viewers, but the author is not anonymous to Truvyo for safety, moderation, dispute, and legal purposes.
6. Messaging and user interactions
Messaging and interaction tools must be used lawfully and respectfully. Do not use them for harassment, threats, spam, scams, unwanted commercial solicitation, sexual exploitation, or sharing another person's private information without authorization.
Users are responsible for their own interactions. Truvyo does not endorse users or guarantee the identity, intentions, suitability, or conduct of any person or business.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- post content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, exploitative, obscene, or invasive of privacy;
- infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights;
- upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, or interfere with the service;
- misuse reporting, moderation, verification, support, or account-recovery processes;
- collect or expose personal data without authority; or
- use automation, fake accounts, or coordinated activity to manipulate content, reach, ratings, or reputation.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexual content involving minors, and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited. See the Child Safety Standards.
8. Moderation, reporting, and disputes
Truvyo may use automated tools and human review to identify risk, moderate content, and triage reports. We may limit, reject, remove, preserve, or restore content and may restrict features or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Users may report supported content or submit disputes and removal requests through available in-app or support channels. We may request relevant information and are not required to publish every response or reach the outcome requested by a party.
9. Identity and business verification
Some features may require phone, email, identity, KYC, business, or other verification. Verification reduces certain risks but is not a guarantee or endorsement. Submitting false, forged, or misleading verification information may lead to rejection, restriction, suspension, or termination and may be reported where required by law.
10. Purchases and subscriptions
Where paid plans or features are offered, the price, billing period, benefits, and renewal terms shown in the app-store purchase flow apply. Purchases may be processed by Google Play, Apple, or another authorized store operator under that operator's terms. Truvyo does not receive full payment-card details from those stores.
Cancellation, billing, and refund requests are handled under the applicable store's controls and policies and any rights provided by law. Paid status does not exempt a user from these Terms or moderation.
11. Suspension, termination, and appeals
We may warn, restrict, suspend, deactivate, or terminate an account or feature access where we reasonably believe there is a Terms violation, safety risk, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or threat to service integrity. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent termination.
Where a review or appeal route is available, submitting a request does not guarantee reinstatement. You may stop using Truvyo at any time and may request account deletion through the app or the public deletion page, subject to lawful and necessary retention.
12. Privacy, legal requests, and retention
Our Privacy Policy explains how Truvyo handles personal information. We may preserve, access, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, investigate abuse or fraud, enforce policies, resolve disputes, or protect rights, safety, and security.
Some content, communications, moderation records, transaction records, security logs, and related metadata may be retained or de-identified after content or account deletion where permitted or required for these purposes.
13. Truvyo intellectual property
Truvyo's software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Truvyo and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Truvyo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
14. Third-party services and stores
Truvyo may rely on or link to third-party services, including cloud, mapping, authentication, moderation, messaging, analytics, notification, and app-store services. Third parties control their own services and terms. Truvyo is not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law.
15. Availability and disclaimers
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truvyo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of user-submitted or automated content.
Nothing on Truvyo is legal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
16. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truvyo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and administrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold those parties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, conduct, account, or violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent prohibited by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Where required, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights and forums that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or Truvyo are subject to the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
