Delete Your Truvyo Account

Truvyo users can request account deletion from inside the Android app or from this public website page. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to submit this request.

Ways to request deletion

Inside the app: Profile → Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account.

From the website: Use the deletion request form on this page.

Account ownership must be verified before deletion is processed. Submitting this form creates a pending support request only. It does not immediately delete an account and does not confirm whether the phone number or username exists on Truvyo.

Deletion request form

Provide the phone number registered with your Truvyo account. Use the international format, including country code.

Example: +91 followed by your registered mobile number.

Use an email where support can contact you if more verification is needed.

Privacy notice: this form stores only the details needed to receive, verify, and process your account-deletion request. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive files through this form.

Ownership verification

After your request is received, Truvyo support will verify that the requester owns the account before deletion is processed. If details are incomplete or cannot be verified, support may contact you through the contact information you provide or ask you to use the in-app deletion flow.

Deletion is normally completed within 30 days after successful ownership verification.

Data normally deleted or anonymized

After successful ownership verification, account data is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, safety, and retention requirements. This may include:

  • Account and authentication profile
  • Name, username, biography, and profile details
  • Profile and cover images
  • User settings and notification tokens
  • Reviews, comments, replies, reactions, and other user-generated activity where applicable
  • Uploaded media
  • Private account-associated data
  • Other personal data associated with the account

Limited retention

Some information may be retained only when necessary for legal and regulatory obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, enforcement of the Terms and Community Guidelines, or backup recovery cycles.

Shared records may be anonymized instead of deleted when removal would affect another user’s history, safety record, dispute evidence, or required audit trail.
