Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can delete a review that you authored while keeping your Truvyo account. In the Android app, use: Profile → Reviews → Reviews Written → the review's three-dot Review actions menu → Delete review → confirm Delete.

This sends a review-deletion request and removes the review from user-facing views. It does not let you delete a review authored by someone else, and it does not promise deletion of records Truvyo must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, or audit purposes.

If you cannot access this in-app control, email hello@truvyo.app to request deletion of specific supported personal data while retaining your account. Truvyo may need to verify your identity and whether the requested data can be removed. Do not use the full-account deletion form below for this request.

Full account deletion

The methods below are for deletion of your Truvyo account and associated data, not for deleting only a review or other specific data.

Inside the app: Profile → Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account.

From the website: Use the deletion request form on this page.

Account ownership must be verified before deletion is processed. Submitting this form creates a pending support request only. It does not immediately delete an account and does not confirm whether the phone number or username exists on Truvyo.

Reason for deletion

I confirm this is a request for permanent account deletion.

Privacy notice: this form stores only the details needed to receive, verify, and process your account-deletion request. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive files through this form.

Ownership verification

After your request is received, Truvyo support will verify that the requester owns the account before deletion is processed. If details are incomplete or cannot be verified, support may contact you through the contact information you provide or ask you to use the in-app deletion flow.

After successful ownership verification, Truvyo processes the deletion request using its account-deletion process. Submitting this website form does not itself delete the account.

Data normally deleted or anonymized

After successful ownership verification, account data is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, safety, and retention requirements. This may include:

Account and authentication profile
Name, username, biography, and profile details
Profile and cover images
User settings and notification tokens
Reviews, comments, replies, reactions, and other user-generated activity where applicable
Uploaded media
Private account-associated data
Other personal data associated with the account

Limited retention

Some information may be retained only when necessary for legal and regulatory obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, enforcement of the Terms and Community Guidelines, or backup recovery cycles.

Shared records may be anonymized instead of deleted when removal would affect another user’s history, safety record, dispute evidence, or required audit trail.
